Nice place to make Trainings, Workshops and Team buildings… when you need some technical support, staff are ready to help you! Beautiful view, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Also nice swimming pool, whit funny animator and excellent presents…

I have visited Sevsamora Resort and Spa several times, and it’s always amazing! Whenever I need a break from the city to relax, it’s my top choice. The rooms are super clean and comfy, which makes every stay so enjoyable. This summer, I had the added delight of enjoying delicious food and wine at the new Veranda, where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The place is big and beautifully designed, that include a fantastic spa and both -indoor and outdoor pools. It’s the perfect place to chill out and recharge.

A great place to spend time with friends and relieve stress - The spa is excellent (procedures and sauna), the internal pool is also super clean, the water temperature is on the right warm spot, and the area around the pool is well organized. The food was delicious, staff-friendly and welcoming. Would be back for sure.

Мы получили очень неприятный опыт в этом месте, и оплата ужина с сертификатом в SPA не сможет компенсировать те впечатления, которые были созданы путем непрофессионализма персонала ресторана и комплекса в целом. Мы компанией из 8 человек заказали ужин заранее, до нашего приезда, поскольку у нас было мероприятие. Однако придя на ужин, мы не обнаружили даже пустых столов, нам было негде сесть. Через полчаса поставили столы. Еще спустя время сервировали тарелки на 4 человек, хотя нас было 8. Поставили корзинки с хлебом. И все! До 10 часов вечера нам были предложены только хлеб и две тарелки салатов из огурцов и помидоров. А также вино, которое осталось с нашей дегустации днем. Затем принесли просто шашлык. К тому моменту даже хлеба и салата уже не было. Затем несли салфетки, я трижды просила официантов это сделать. И так около 11 вечера мы получили оставшиеся блюда, и то не все. Супер, все уже закончили пировать и пели, а мы сидели голодные. Персонал обхаживал другие столики, несли уже второй ярус блюд, а мы сидели просто с корзинкой хлеба… Нас не замечали. Когда мы просили пледы, нам ответили, что больше нет. Но через час мы добились того, что вынесли пледы на нас всех. Все это выглядело унизительно и полностью испортило впечатление от теплого дневного приема, замечательной экскурсии по винодельне. Не буду говорить о недостатках работы персонала на территории SPA, поскольку на фоне ситуации в ресторане это просто мелочь. Ужин испорчен, и я бы хотела, чтобы весь персонал был уволен вместе с менеджментом. Это НЕ индустрия гостеприимства и позорит грузинскую культуру.

Worst service ever! I advise to all my friends and close people that if they haven't been yet, they should never go there. I'm very sad to write this, but If the quality of service is not improved, they will have a lot of dissatisfied guests. Hopefully, the management will consider the critical comments.
